On May 16th 2018, Health Shared Services Ontario shared Ontario’s transformation journey for Home Care at 2018 interRAI Canadian Conference in Calgary. As a partner of Health Shared Service Ontario, a wide range of AcuteNet’s Software as a Service capabilities are used by over 7,000 Care Coordinators and Administrators since 2016 to ensure optimum home care across Ontario. The implementation of interRAI Home Care instrument across Ontario is the latest contributions by AcuteNet to further Health Shared Services Ontario strategy to modernize Home Care economically and rapidly – delivering best value for people of Ontario.
